BRT is run by Kayleigh and Richard. Kayleigh supports clients through massage, mentoring, and wellbeing-based support. Richard supports clients through fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, strength training, mobility, and long-term consistency.

We are based in Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire, UK. We support local clients face-to-face and also offer online support where suitable.

Do you offer massage?
Yes. Kayleigh offers massage and wellbeing treatments designed to support relaxation, tension release, stress reduction, and body recovery. Massage may be useful if you feel physically tense, emotionally overloaded, stressed, or in need of time to reset.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. Richard offers fitness coaching and personal training for people who want to improve strength, mobility, confidence, fitness, and body composition. Sessions can be adapted to your current ability, whether you are returning to exercise, building confidence, or already training and wanting more structure.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes. Nutrition support is available as part of fitness coaching and structured programmes. The focus is on practical, sustainable habits rather than extreme dieting.
Do you offer mindset or mentoring support?

How do I get started?
The best first step is to book a session or get in touch through the website. From there, we can help you decide which service, membership, or programme is most suitable for you.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. You do not need to have everything figured out. Many clients come to us knowing they feel tired, stressed, stuck, in pain, unfit, or lacking confidence. We will help you work out the most suitable next step.
What happens on a discovery call?

Will you tell me honestly if BRT is not right for me?

I have not exercised in years. Can I still work with you?
Yes. You do not need to be fit before starting. Sessions can be adapted to your current level, confidence, mobility, and health background. The goal is to help you build safely and consistently, not throw you into something unrealistic.
Do you only work with advanced clients?
No. BRT supports a wide range of clients, from beginners to active adults and sports people. Richard’s coaching can be adapted for strength, mobility, fat loss, confidence, endurance, or general wellbeing.

How many workouts should I do per week?
For many people, 3–5 workouts per week can work well, depending on their goal and recovery. For beginners, we may start with less and build gradually.

Reset & Recharge is the female-focused track, designed around burnout recovery, hormonal balance, gentle strength, mobility, cycle-aware self-care, energy regulation, and emotional resilience.
What is Reset & Strengthen?
Reset & Strengthen is the male-focused track, designed around physical strength, energy, discipline with flexibility, stress management, endurance, work-life integration, and consistency.
Are the programmes only about fitness?
No. BRT is not just about workouts. The programmes combine physical training with nutrition, mindset, self-care, stress management, recovery, and accountability. BRT’s edge is the combination.
Local & Community Support
Do you work with local businesses or organisations?
Yes. BRT is open to local wellbeing partnerships with businesses, clubs, surgeries, and community organisations.
Do you work with GP surgeries or healthcare signposting?
BRT may be suitable as a local wellbeing signposting option where appropriate. We can support adults with movement confidence, strength, mobility, and stress management alongside existing care. BRT does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, counselling, or emergency care.
Do you work with golf clubs or sports clubs?
Yes. BRT can support club members who want to stay active, mobile, and pain-free through strength, movement, and recovery-based support.
Safety, Suitability & Expectations
Do I need medical clearance before starting?
Not always. However, if you have a medical condition, injury, chronic pain, recent surgery, high blood pressure, heart condition, pregnancy, or any concern about exercise or massage, you should tell us before starting. We may advise you to seek medical clearance before taking part.
Can you help with chronic pain or fibromyalgia?
BRT may be able to support people living with chronic pain or fibromyalgia through gentle movement, massage, stress management, and wellbeing support. However, we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Support is tailored carefully and should sit alongside appropriate medical care.
Will you give me a guaranteed result?
No. Any business promising guaranteed body transformation results is overclaiming. We can provide structure, coaching, support, education, and accountability. Your results depend on your consistency, health status, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, stress, and effort.
What do you expect from clients?
We expect clients to be open, honest, willing to take action, and responsible for their own progress. The coach provides accountability, support, challenge, and guidance, but the client still has to do the work.

You will be guided professionally and respectfully before your treatment. Your comfort, privacy, and dignity are always prioritised.
What if I feel nervous before starting?
That is completely normal. Many people feel nervous before their first session, especially if they have not exercised for a while, feel self-conscious, or are struggling with stress. BRT is built to meet you where you are, not judge where you are starting from.
